Color: Garnet-red, with orange highlights.
Nose: Distinctive ethereal bouquet, nicely intense.
Palate: Dry, full-bodied and mouth-filling, demanding but velvety and well-balanced.
Food Pairing: Pasta dishes with mushroom or cheese sauces, or served with Alba white truffle, red meat and game stews and pot roasts, mature cheeses. Duck, grilled steak, braised beef or mushroom risotto.
