Mint Julep is a mixed alcoholic drink, consisting primarily of Bourbon, sugar, water, crushed ice & fresh mint.

As a Bourbon-based cocktail,
it is associated with the American South and the cuisine of the Southern United States
in general.

Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Calumet Farm Bourbon
- 1 Teaspoon of Sugar (dissolved in
1 teaspoon of water - or use 2 tsp.
of simple syrup)
- 8 to 10 Leaves of Fresh Mint
- Mint Sprigs (for garnish)
- Crushed Ice

Preparation:
- Place the sugar and water at the bottom of a tall glass, dissolve sugar.
- Add the mint leaves and gently muddle (do not overwork the mint).
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and
add Calumet Farm Bourbon, stirring
to combine
- Adorn with sprigs of fresh mint.

Producers created a natural liqueur with unparalleled taste and versatility. It can be consumed by itself or mixed with any base spirit into top quality cocktails.

Ingredients:

- .25 oz chipotle sauce
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- .5 oz passion fruit liqueur
- .5 oz light agave
- 1 oz lime juice.

Preparation:

- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

- Garnish with a lime wedge topped with Tajin.

Inspired by the traditional Moscow Mule, this reposado tequila recipe adds créme de cassis for a devilishly refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients:

- 1 ½ oz. Honor Del Castillo Reposado Tequila
- ½ oz. Créme de Cassis
- ½ oz. Lime Juice
- 3 oz. Ginger Beer.

Preparation:
- Shake ingredients over ice
- Top drink off with ginger beer
- Pour contents into a rocks glass
- Garnish with a lime wheel.

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Don Q Reserva 7 Years rum
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth
- 1 bar spoon Maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes Orange cocktail bitters
- 1 large Morello cherry.

Preparation:

- Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a prechilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with Morello cherry.

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 parts MILAGRO Select Barrel Silver
- 3/4 part Ancho Reyes
- 1 part fresh lime juice
- 1/2 part Agave nectar (*)

Preparation:

- Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of an Old Fashioned glass, salt it, and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, shake, and double strain over fresh ice into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.

*Or Substitute with Simple Syrup.
