The Cocktail

Complex & very well-balanced, the first deluxe version was created in Paris in the 1920's, an icon of Cognac cocktails with an enchanting story, said to have been named after a motorcycle sidecar owned by a gentlemen in Paris, then popularized in London: Truly a tale of two cities.


- 1/2 ounces Remy Martin 1738

- 3/4 ounce orange liqueur Cointreau

- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed

- Garnish: Orange twist

- Garnish: Sugar rim (optional) 


- Coat the rim of a coupe glass with sugar, if desired, and set aside

- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled

- Strain into the prepared glass

- Garnish with an orange twist.

Chinola Passion Fruit Liqueur is a handcrafted beverage made from distilled spirits and real passion fruit juice, cane sugar and neutral cane sugar spirit.

Producers created a natural liqueur with unparalleled taste and versatility. It can be consumed by itself or mixed with any base spirit into top quality cocktails.


- .25 oz chipotle sauce
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- .5 oz passion fruit liqueur
- .5 oz light agave
- 1 oz lime juice.


- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

- Garnish with a lime wedge topped with Tajin.

Kirk & Sweeney 12 Years is named for the wooden schooner that is best known for smuggling rum from the Caribbean to the Northeast during the early years of Prohibition.
This expression earned a score of 95 points from Wine Enthusiast in 2013 and a Gold Award from The Fifty Best in 2014. A great "hidden gem" for any rum lover.


- 1.5 oz. Kirk & Sweeney 12 Years

- .75 oz. Leopold's Tart Cherry Liqueur

- .75 oz. Small Hands Pineapple Gomme Syrup

- .75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice.


- Build ingredients in shaker tin, add ice

- Cap with other side of tin

- Shake for 7-8 seconds.

- Strain with Hawthorne strainer over ice cubes in Collins glass

- Place the lemon wheel on the rim of the glass.

Milagro Select Barrel Reserve Añejo is estate-grown, 100% blue agave tequila which is aged in both American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months and a maximum of 24 months.

- 1 1/2 parts MILAGRO Select Barrel Silver
- 3/4 part Ancho Reyes
- 1 part fresh lime juice
- 1/2 part Agave nectar (*)


- Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of an Old Fashioned glass, salt it, and set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, shake, and double strain over fresh ice into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.

*Or Substitute with Simple Syrup.
