Ocucaje Italia Pisco
This Pisco has nothing to do with Italy. Italia is the name of an aromatic grape type with an extremely fragrance. It is related to the muscat grape local in southern countries.
The Spaniards brought wine grapes to their colonies in South America to make wine for their religious ceremonies, and it is adapted optimally to Peru to the sunny and dry climate. The name Italia describes the pinnacle of the varieties used for Peruvian Pisco.
A recommendation from our Peruvian friend and celebrity chef Juan Danilo.
