Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon from Ojalá Wine showcases a unique blend of grapes consisting of 75% from Paso Robles & 25% from Santa Clara Valley with dark berry, jam and toasty aromas. The wine maker was very creative in the creation of this vintage. We source all our grapes from family owned vineyards throught California. Over 200 data points were met from begining to end in our very best example of Cabernet Sauvignon to date. Water conservation, responsible pest control, energy efficiancy and paying people responsible wages were all taken into account as well. Rich ripe fruit and savory oak flavors harmonize into a pleasingly broad finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS This richly textured Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect match for entrees of grilled steak, tomato-based pastas, lamb chops and spicy chili, as well as many full-flavored cheeses.
