Aguardiente Amarillo de Manzanares is a distinctive and traditional spirit that originates from the Manzanares region in Colombia. Known for its rich history and unique flavor profile, this spirit is crafted using time-honored distillation methods and is aged in oak barrels to achieve its characteristic depth and complexity. The spirit's golden hue, ("Amarillo" means "yellow" in Spanish), is a testament to its aging process and adds to its visual appeal.

The unmistakable color and characteristic flavor of Yellow Spirits was born in 1885 in the municipality of Manzanares, Caldas, Colombia, where it was produced by hand and later the secret formula was purchased by the Caldas Liquor Industry, keeping it intact.

Thus, it became the first spirit produced 100% in the country and since its distribution it has not stopped conquering the most demanding palates.
