Juan Gil Muscat White Wine
A surprising Spanish white wine made from Moscatel de Grano Menudo (aka Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains), Juan Gil Blanco comes from DO Jumilla. Produced by the Juan Gil winery, known for its Monastrell wines, this dry white wine is sourced from vines planted at over 700 metres of altitude.
The color is light gold with a green tinge. Fresh melon, peach and kiwi aromas are complemented by jasmine and white pepper. Juicy, tightly wound pit fruit and honeydew flavors on the mouth, the wine delivers a lot of juicy, refreshing fruit and comes off almost weightless on the long, intensely spicy finish.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, Juan Gil Blanco was aged for some weeks before its bottling. This varietal white wine from Jumilla is fresh and fruit-driven.

Quite an aromatic nose, full of flowers, citrus, lemon grass and some lychee. A round and textured white with medium acidity, chalky fruit and oranges on the palate.
