Mr. Three & Bros. Ginger Falernum Liqueur 750 ML
The "Falernum" was born, in the 19th century, in Barbados, from a blend of rum, local fruit and spices; to be drunk initially as a tonic simply diluted with ice or to soften the rums of the past, decidedly more violent than those we are used to today, it was later used also for the preparation of drinks.
Today, Edoardo Nono and the Rita & Cocktails team in Milan, in collaboration with Compagnia dei Caribbean, have created a "Falernum" capable of conquering the market, while maintaining its original features. Obtained from Caribbean white and dark rum, ginger, spices, bitter almond, lime, lemons, and sugar. Shake well before use!
Tasting Notes:
The Ginger Liqueur "Falernum" Mr. Three & Bros, is amber in color when tasted, deep yellow and cloudy. The nose is broad and very rich; notes of ginger, bitter almonds and lime stand out. On the palate it is decisive, with good freshness and long persistence. Strong, pleasantly fresh and persistent.

Created as a handmade liqueur by bartender Edoardo Nono, and the team of famous “Rita & Cocktails” in Milan, its success was so unexpected that it soon became a permanent ingredient in most of his cocktails.

During Prohibition Donn The Beachcomber, the creator of the exotic Tiki cocktails, began to use it in his drinks finally making it an irreplaceable ingredient.

An obligatory ingredient in Tiki, it surprises in the company of bitters and citrus-based distillates, bringing its characteristic and fragrant hint of ginger as a dowry. Shake well before use!
