This family run producer uses old Jack Daniels barrels to age this rum on average for 5 years. Very smooth and mouth filling and a terrific value for an aged rum.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma starts off sweet, with fresh fruit and berries in the front and vanilla and caramel layered behind it. The nose is initially dry with wood notes in the lead. After a few minutes of airing this rum begins to show beautiful brown sugar, toasted coconut, brown baking spices, fruit cake, and vanilla cream with accents of sandalwood, and butterscotch.

The palate is rich, boasting with burnt brown sugar, baking spices and subtle hints of fruit. The palate echoes the nose delivering a classy aged rum with impeccable proportions.
