Dried botanicals are sourced from all over the world for this London dry gin, including juniper, coriander, orris root, nutmeg, cassia bark, cinnamon, licorice, angelica root, lemon peel and orange peel. The spirit, released in 1998, is based on a two hundred year old recipe, made with a base of English wheat and blended down with spring water at the site of the distillery. A classic London dry gin, it is bottled with the iconic black bowler hat on the cap, and versatile enough for all kinds of gin cocktails.
