Copalli Organic Barrel Rested Rum stands out for its commitment to sustainability and its unique terroir, crafted in the heart of the Belizean rainforest using only three ingredients: organic sugar cane, rainwater, and yeast. What's particularly intriguing is that the distillery operates on a zero-impact basis, powered entirely by biomass and solar energy, making it one of the most eco-friendly rum productions in the world.

To craft our Organic Barrel Rested Rum we distill the sugar cane juice in our column and pot stills. The distilled sugar cane juice is then rested in used American Oak bourbon barrels to create a rich, sweet rum, free of added flavors, colors or additives.

Perfect served neat, on the rocks, and in cocktails.
