Mind the sheep that leaves the herd to be the main character, the irony is its best quality.

Harvest is conducted early in the season. Grapes are hand-picked and collected in 15-kilogram (33-pound) bins. Different estate barracks are harvested in distinct stages, resulting in wholly differentiated wine profiles.

Hand-harvested, fermented in concrete, 30% of the wine goes into second pass French oak for 6-8 months.

Tasting Notes:

This wine boasts an intense purple color and spiced aromas, with delightful cherry notes that will awaken your senses. Despite its youth, this fruity wine is well-balanced, with a refreshing acidity that makes it a perfect choice for any occasion. A clean and rich, fruit driven Malbec with a nice mouthfeel and good freshness. It is aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels to ensure that it maintains the typical expression of a Malbec.

This Malbec is clean, rich and fruit driven. The nose offers spice and purple flowers, as well as cassis. The palate is fresh and supple, juicy blueberry flesh abounds with a nicely resolved finish.

Food Pairing: Steak, BBQ, grilled chicken, hearty salads.

Blend: 70% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Syrah.
