An exceptional value, this bottle is made using the traditional method of drying the grapes to raisins, then pressing those raisins to extract their sweet goodness, yielding a powerful red wine with rich aromas and flavors. Typically, alcohol, tannins, and acidity are elevated, taking the intensity to 11 on the 1 to 10 scale. This hearty red displays fruitiness, but also the classic Amarone complexity and meaty, earthy tones.
Made from a mixture of three grape varieties, Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, this is an immensely powerful red wine. Decadent black cherry jam flavors, and a long, mellow finish make this Venetos King of wines. A strong red wine like Corte Majoli Amarone della Valpolicella goes well with strong tasting foods
