Cachaça Cristalina is stored in carefully selected casks, which, because they are very old, better preserve the pure cane flavor without transferring any color to the drink, hence the name Cristalina.
Fermentation is natural and the distillation is carried out in copper and capillary stills, from where the noble part (heart) is taken to storage. For a minimum of two years, the cachaça Cristalina rests and matures in amburana vats.
