El Silencio Espadin Joven Mezcal 750 ML

El Silencio Mezcal Joven Espadin is a premium mezcal created for high-end mixology. Handmade in small batches from carefully selected 10-12 year old agaves. Very soft in the mouth with sweet ripe fruits dominating the palate and a backbone of subtle and intermingled smoke and spice.

It is made with agave Espadin from master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez. It’s ok as a sipping mezcal, but it’s really made to be used in mixed drinks. Interestingly, this mezcal’s black bottle is inspired by “Barro Negro” pottery. It’s made in 100% black glass with a matte finish to maintain the look and feel of the traditional pottery style from the original “black clay” of the Monte Alban period.

Handcrafted in small batches using the traditional process carried on by generations of mezcal producers and is designed for high-end use in mixology. Being a sustainable and organic brand, they use only carefully selected and finest Espadin agaves and the mezcal is handmade without using any additives.
