Ezra Brooks Cask Strength Single Barrel is distilled using the highest quality ingredients, aged the old-fashioned way, charcoal filtered and then bottled at Cask Strength (120 proof) to deliver a more complex and robust flavor with a beautifully smooth and mellow finish.

Nose: Very traditional nose with caramel, vanilla, wheat, and a hint of candy corn.

Palate: The sweetness from the nose doesn’t carry over entirely to the palate. Initial notes of caramel, vanilla, black pepper, oak, cinnamon, and rye spice fade into soapy cereal grain.

Finish: Long finish with plenty of spice and hints of caramel and oak. There is some lingering cereal grain, but it’s not as much as the palate.
