Hall Sauvignon Blanc 750 ML

This 2013 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc is a brilliant pale straw color. The wine is bursting with ruby red grapefruit, passion fruit, lychee and white peach aromas. On the palate, expect bright, focused citrus with hints of white pepper. Perfect for Summer.

The 2020 winter and spring seasons were dry, limiting vine vigor and focusing the vines’ energy on ripening small, intensely concentrated grapes. Temperatures during the summer growing season were warmer than average, but we still experienced the cooling marine influence that helps to preserve freshness and acidity in our Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. This vintage is defined by its textural and aromatic depth, tropical fruit concentration and a vibrant, lively palate.

This vintage exhibit inviting hints of melon, grapefruit, and quince. The textured palate is alive with fresh acidity, showing exceptional length and balance.  Light yellow in hue with a hint of green, this polished Sauvignon Blanc emanates freshness. Aromas of lemon zest and green mango are interwoven with enticing notes of white jasmine. Pairs with chicken with mango compote and fish with pineapple salsa.
