MASH BILL 65% Corn / 30% Rye / 5% Barley; two row, combination distillers malt and base two row. Water from limestone aquifers carefully filtered for purity. Grain, water, yeast and wood without additives or artificial colors. ​ TASTING/NOSE Caramel, Vanilla, Toasted Corn, Amber Honey, Custard, Nutmeg, with a hint of Spicy Oak. Well balanced, mature character with a robust yet mellow finish.
