Ilegal Joven Mezcal

Made from 100% wild Espadín agave, Oaxacan sun, water and time, this unaged expression is first about the agave, with smoke being a subtle accent. Unaged and clear, the spirit has deep agave aromas, along with hints of green apple, citrus, white pepper and a slight floral note. The finish shows lingering heat and sweet agave, which is ideal for cocktails or sipping on its own.

Eucalyptus and mineral aromas compliment hints of green apple, fresh citrus, and red chiltepe.

Full bodied agave flavor. Light smoke, lingering heat. An ideal mezcal for cocktails or perfect on its own.

A very light smoke emerges, disappears and emerges again from behind anise, white pepper and green apple. Consistently smooth with a lingering heat. Distinct notes of espadin agave throughout this young mezcal.
