Knob Creek Cask Strength Rye follows on the heels of Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Rye Whiskey. Very flavorful, with a blend of dill and clove, fading into the sweet baking spice with slightly charred oak flavor. Blend of dill, spices, and honey with essences of charred oak.
Light on the tongue that lingers of warm baking spices and ends with a Kentucky Hug to remind you of its cask strength.
