Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Kentucky straight bourbon combines hand-selected grains with classic bourbon goodness for a combination you won’t want to miss out on! Aged for 9 years in virgin American white oak barrels with a finished barrel strength of 120% proof, this straight whiskey contains a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% barley and is crafted by the masters of Jim Beam Distillery.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Rich dark amber.

Aroma: Bold hits of spiced wood and cracked pepper along with baking spices, cinnamon, and a rush of mint-frosted nuts and caramel. A sip introduces hues of wildflower honey, roasted cinnamon, and allspice blended with vanilla, aged wood, and minty rye spice.

Taste: Bold and complex vanilla, nuts and oak.

Finish: Lingering warm, full flavor.
