Tasting Notes:

Light straw yellow in color. On the nose it is fruity and characteristic. In the mouth it is fresh, slightly sour with a lightly bitter aftertaste, and the perfect level of effervescence. 

The Pinot Grigio begins with a fragrant nose of crisp Asian pear, melons, lychee, and a whisper of white flower blossoms.

On the palate, this is effervescent, as it delivers a lively burst of citrus flavors and florals, balanced by ripe melon.

The light to medium body is complemented by its crisp acidity, creating a refreshing and invigorating finish. This is quite delicious.

Food Pairing: Ideally paired with starters and appetizers, and seafood dishes of all kinds.
