Through innovative cask maturation and finishing techniques, the producrs have crafted a unique, award-winning Teeling Irish Single Malt Whiskey full of flavour. Made with Irish Whiskeys distilled from 100% malted barley, matured, and finished in casks that impart the influence of five wine casks (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon).

This Irish Single Malt Whiskey delivers a unique fruit-forward flavors profile that is complex yet balanced and has often been described as “a symphony” of flavor.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Gold

Nose: Wood and fruity sweetness. Vibrant and filled with sweet, ripe melon and lemon. Bits of dark chocolate and warming spices. A lovely inviting nose.

Palate: A balanced mix of milk chocolate, toasty oak, white pepper and malt. Hints of warming cloves, cinnamon, ginger, malt and notes of dried fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves. Hints of cherry lozenge and butterscotch. Medium body and very smooth. Some peppermint crisp chocolate in the background.

Finish: Long and lingering with dry oak and sweetness. Dry tannins from the wood.
