The Dalmore’s signature expression and the pinnacle of the Principal Collection. Our annual limited edition Dalmore 21 is finished in 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks.
An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry.
These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Bitter dark chocolate, ripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple.
Palate: Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan.
Finish: Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges.
