Artisanal process: Distilled by master mezcalero Juan Nacho Díaz Cruz in Santa María Quiegolani, Oaxaca, using 8-year-old agaves and a double distillation process in a copper still, which guarantees exceptional quality. With an alcoholic volume of 40%, this mezcal is 100% Mexican.
Tasting notes: It presents a delicate smokiness with citrus touches reminiscent of grapefruit, lime, pineapple and peach. The finish is subtle, with notes of anise, cinnamon and a light touch of smoked agave, making it a refreshing and complex option on the palate.
