Yellow Tail Cabernet Merlot

[yellow tail] is a family-owned winery in the small country town of Yenda, Australia. To this day, this is where [yellow tail] wine is made by the sixth generation of the Casella family.

In 1957, founders Filippo and Maria Casella migrated from Sicily and arrived on Australian shores. They began making wine with the family’s winemaking philosophy at its heart — to bring family and friends together on any occasion.

This [yellow tail] Cabernet Merlot is everything a great wine should be – vibrant, soft, rich, and easy to drink. Fresh fruit and easy drinking, this wine has blackberry aromas from the Cabernet Sauvignon that are teamed with the ripe fruit, rich and velvety flavors of the Merlot, with notes of lush cherries, and berries, creating a blend of spices and sweetness. The palate shows seamless structure, complemented by oaky tones and minty aromas. Enjoy with roast beef or when grilling out with friends.
